Fiscal Data: French Tax ID (Numéro Fiscal), tax notices, and property titles.
Digital Access: Temporary credentials for the impots.gouv.fr portal and dedicated IP logs.
Property Data: Cadastral references, energy performance certificates (DPE), and municipal rental registrations.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data strictly under the Performance of a Contract. By signing "Le Mandat 2026," you authorize us to use this information solely to achieve your property's compliance.
3. High-Security Data Handling
Unlike automated platforms, we prioritize a "Human-in-the-loop" approach:
Encryption: All sensitive documents are stored in encrypted environments.
Limited Access: Only the expert assigned to your file has access to your fiscal documents.
No Third-Party Selling: We never sell or trade your data. It is shared only with official French Administrative bodies (Tax Office, Town Hall) as required by law.
4. Data Retention & The "Mission Accomplished" Protocol
To protect you, we do not store your fiscal credentials indefinitely.
Active Mandate: Data is kept for the duration of the compliance cycle.
Archiving: Once your "Compliance Folder" is delivered, we retain only necessary records for legal liability purposes for a period defined by French law, after which data is securely purged.
5. Your Rights under GDPR (RGPD)
As a European-compliant service, you have the following rights:
Right to Access: Request a copy of the data we hold.
Right to Erasure: Request the deletion of your data once the administrative mandate is fulfilled.
Right to Portability: Receive your compliance folder in a structured, digital format.
