ComplianceFFC provides administrative assistance, coordination, and document preparation related to French property compliance. Our services do not include legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice.

2. No Legal or Tax Representation

We do not act as attorneys, notaries, CPAs, or tax representatives. Clients remain responsible for submitting their own declarations to French or foreign authorities.

3. Client Responsibility

All work is based on the documents and information provided by the client. We cannot be held responsible for delays, omissions, or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.

4. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential. We apply professional‑level privacy standards and comply with GDPR requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

We cannot be held liable for decisions made by tax authorities, administrative bodies, or third parties, nor for regulatory changes that may affect a client’s situation.

6. Payment & Fees

Fees are due upon acceptance of the mandate. VAT is applied according to applicable regulations.

7. Scope of Work

Our services are strictly limited to administrative assistance, coordination, and document preparation related to French property compliance and French administrative procedures.
We do not provide services, representation, or compliance support for jurisdictions outside France.
Any tasks falling outside the French administrative or property compliance framework are not included and may require a separate agreement or referral to an appropriate professional.

These terms are governed by French law

Our services consist of administrative assistance, coordination, and document preparation related to French property compliance. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice, and our services do not replace the expertise of a licensed attorney, notary, CPA, or tax advisor in France or abroad. All information, checks, and summaries are based exclusively on the documents and data provided by the client. We do not verify the authenticity of third‑party documents and cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, delays, or consequences arising from incomplete, incorrect, or missing information. Regulatory requirements may vary depending on individual circumstances and may change over time. Clients remain fully responsible for reviewing, validating, and submitting any declarations to the relevant French or foreign authorities.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ComplianceFFC’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—shall be strictly limited to the total amount of fees actually paid by the client for the specific service at professional issue. In no event shall ComplianceFFC be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of rental income, administrative fines, or legal penalties.

Governing Law: These terms and any dispute arising from our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. By using our services, clients acknowledge that they retain full responsibility for their legal and tax obligations.

ComplianceFFC acts as a coordinator for third-party technical services (DPE). We are not liable for the findings of the report or for any issues arising from physical access to the property provided by your local contacts.
